1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Time

We currently ship to selected countries and regions. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order within 3 days, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for help.

Damaged packages: Please take photos of the damaged product and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Superbag is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
